ABOUT US
51 years ago, in 1965, what would become Heritage Federal Credit Union began with USW Local 104 union members conducting financial transactions out of the trunk of a car. These founding fathers were looking to provide affordable options for financial products and services to their members.
In 1983, our credit union became community-chartered, meaning opportunities for membership were opened to the community. Today, our membership is open to everyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Vanderburgh, Warrick and Posey County in Indiana and Henderson County in Kentucky, or who has an immediate family member who does.
